Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully wrap the rug in its original packaging or a heavy-duty plastic equivalent to ensure it is protected from moisture and damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely tape it to the outside of the package, ensuring no old tracking labels are visible.
Drop Off or Schedule Pickup
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or contact us to schedule a convenient home pickup for oversized area rugs.
