How much does shipping cost within the continental US?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $49 within the contiguous United States. For orders under $49, a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99 applies.
What is your return policy for area rugs?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your rug in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
How do I choose the right rug size for my room?
As a general rule, your rug should be large enough to fit at least the front legs of your furniture on it. We recommend measuring your space and using our online Size Guide for specific layouts like dining rooms and bedrooms.
What should I do if my rug arrives with creases?
Creasing is common due to the rolling process for shipping. Most creases will disappear within 1-2 weeks if you lay the rug flat. You can speed up the process by reverse-rolling the rug or placing heavy furniture on the corners.
Do I need a rug pad for my new purchase?
Yes, we highly recommend using a rug pad. It prevents slipping, protects your flooring from scratches, provides extra cushioning, and extends the overall life of your rug by reducing friction.
